  • Chipblitz is run by volunteers and we do not monitor emails 24/7. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Emails are NOT checked at all during chipping days. We all work full time and our priorities are the Chipping days.

  • If your query is regarding locations, all venues currently planned are listed here https://www.chipblitz.com/locationsand your email will not receive an additional reply. IF IT ISN'T ON THE LIST, IT ISN'T YET PLANNED.

  • All bookings are online via the locations list on the home page. We cannot make a booking for you.

  • We do not do home visits and there is no additional discount for people holding any kind of concession card.

​​

  • If you wish to cancel a booking you will need to provide the booking code that you were given at the time of booking.

  • We do NOT have a contact number for you to call, all communication is via email.

​​

  • If you have lost the microchip number we gave you on the day of chipping or the certificate emailed to you then contact https://www.globalmicro.com.au/ direct. They can provide a certificate for council. We are NOT the registry.

 

  • If the confirmation of bookings screen comes up on your screen after you have pressed the 'book' button then your bookings are confirmed and you will receive an email and sms reminder 48 hours before the booking. We cannot check the booking for you. There are multiple bookings per time slot so the block may still appear available.

 

  • If the location states TBA or TBC, that means that the exact venue is yet to be confirmed. The listing will change when it has.

 

  • If you have forgotten your booking time, all bookings will receive an SMS to the mobile number you provided and an email confirming time and location 48 hours prior to your booking time. We cannot answer emails confirming times before hand. This procedure is automated.

  • Yes we can chip puppies. You need to make a booking for each puppy, all around the same time. Please have each puppy adequately identified.

 

  • If your question HASN'T been answered above, please use the CONTACT US button below and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If your query is answered above you won't hear from us because we are a bit busy chipping.
